FGS has an unrivalled track record in advising public and private sector clients on the opportunities presented by Public Private Partnerships (PPP).
We were the first all-island firm to assemble a multi-disciplinary team to deliver PPP consulting services, and we have provided advisory services for PPPs including:
- The National Conference Centre in Dublin
- The Cork School of Music
- The Co-Located Hospitals project
- Several Health Trust and educational projects in Northern Ireland
In 1998 FGS was the main author of an inter-departmental report for the Irish government that highlighted the potential of PPPs to accelerate infrastructural development.
The firm was also the lead advisor to the Department of Education and Science on the Bundled Schools PPP Pilot Project – the first PPP project to be completed on the island of Ireland.
